Get you people on the bus is a lie.

Brett/Apex/Leave a Comment "Get the right people, in the right seats on your bus!" And then what?You have probably hearrd it. Gary Collins has planted the phrase into every coaching mantra there is. For several years I drove a school bus. I can assure you, I was the only person on that bus doing any work. Behind me was a controlled version of chaos. The smart kids who wanted to stay out of trouoble stayed close to me. Thwe floaters and ambivalent ones to the middle where they blended in. And the back. That was where the trouble makers wanted to go. One kid back there actually lit up a joint. By the time the smell got to me, the joint was gone and proof with it. That's why they like the back.
